Since childhood, Colin has been interested in voice. At age 19, he was the youngest employee at his home town radio station doing music shows in the afternoon during summer. Colin soon became aware that his passion was not just for voice but radio production. He quickly became a copy writer, production assistant and then production director. Colin still produces radio commercials to this day. Being legally blind himself, Colin feels a special bond to the listeners of these shows. Colin has utilized the Library of Congresss Talking Book program throughout most of his life. It brought the world to him as a legally blind child. To read these stories for his visually impaired brethren, Colin has to print each story in a large font as he does with all the copy he produces for clients. Today, Colin is Production Director at a cluster of radio stations in Ohio and maintains a home studio as well for freelance voicing.

As a former educator, she taught English, Theater Arts and Media in the New Jersey public schools. She has done industrial/educational videos, audio books, museum audio tours, and tourism audio tours, but her favorite is her most recent project -- voicing a series of literary podcasts with accomplished Canadian actor Forrest Rainier. If you have ever watched television, listened to the radio, taken an online study course, been in an airport, learned to speak English, or have been placed on-hold, you have heard Cira's voice. A member of SAG/AEA, and voice over artist since 1989, Cira lends a warmth and appeal to "all things audio". She hails from Chicago, but has made her home in sunny Florida, where she resides with her husband, a white Persian cat, two Schnoodles, and their teenage sons (not necessarily in that order). Cira is happy to be part of this wonderful project and to be able to give something back---or pay something forward (the jury is still out on that one). At any rate, she enjoys voicing News from the WWW, and hopes you enjoy listening

Scott Paxton began his broadcasting experience as a foreign exchange student in Adelaide South Australia. While studying abroad with the American Field Service(AFS), Scott was an intern at one of the few FM stations in the country at the time, SA-FM. Upon returning to the United States, he continued studying communications at Potomac State College of West Virginia University. After completing his studies, Scott worked for several radio stations in Maryland and West Virginia before moving to Hilton Head South Carolina in 1988 to assume an on air position at WHTK 99.7 FM. In the 10 years that Scott lived in South Carolina he interviewed numerous celebrities, emceed charity events, won a Silver Addy and landed on the pages of USA Today in the aftermath of Hurricane Hugo(5 who helped battered Charleston pick up pieces - October 2, 1989). Today Scott is employed by the United States Government and continues to supply voice-overs on a daily basis. He works from home in a state of art digital studio just outside Washington DC.

Scott R. Pollak majored in Communications at the University of New Orleans in the 1970s and began his broadcasting career there at the on-campus NPR station, WWNO-FM. After graduating, Scott hosted a Saturday evening show for about 6 years at a Big Band Station in the heart of downtown New Orleans at the now-defunct WWIW-AM. In the 1980's Scott was a professional video producer for BellSouth and continued to keep his hand (voice?) in broadcasting by volunteering to read for the blind and visually impaired through a Birmingham, Alabama affiliate. In 1990 Scott and his wife moved to Atlanta where Scott continued as a freelance video producer, but in 1996 the lure of radio drew Scott back as the afternoon drive-time dj at what was then Magic 96.7 FM in Newnan, GA, a suburb of Atlanta. From there Scott went on to become the fulltime production director of J93.3, a contemporary Christian radio station, and in 2002 Scott began focusing on becoming a fulltime, freelance voice talent. Since then he has continued to host a weekend radio show on 104.7 The Fish, one of Atlanta's top ten stations (also contemporary Christian) and has become very successful as a full-time voice talent, working from his home studio, having voiced - literally - THOUSANDS of commercials, e-learning, a handful of movie trailers and much, much more. Scott has been married for 19 years and thanks God every day for his wife and his two kids, a son, age 15 and a daughter, 17.
